I've stopped for the evening but I thought I'd post the progress so far.
The Intercooler is a Mishimoto 24x12x4.
I flipped the trans cooler and move it above the intercooler.
I will be adding 60 degree trellis supports connecting the top and bottom bars.

Does look cool. What's Torrie think about it? Some tuners have had a lot of issues tuning a FMIC.

Day two
Bash bar is complete with intercooler brackets and brackets for the trans cooler as well as the outside temp sensor.
Intercooler is pulled as of right now. I was missing about 3 things to complete the routing so I will wait til they ship.
I'll be routing the piping on Wednesday. That's when all the parts will arrive and I'll have a day off.
New bash bar with all brackets (including intercooler brackets) is 7lbs. Stock bash bar is 17.7lbs.
I have not told Torrie about it yet. I will see what he says. Like we've talk about before though, his emails are usually 1-3 words no matter what I'm asking.

These intercoolers can be very beneficial if you can get them dialed in correctly, just have to think outside the box on how to do it.

I used to ask him 4 to 7 questions and he would almost always reply with this exact response: "try this" and a new revision would be attached.

I don't know. I emailed him "I'll be mounting a front mount intercooler on my car that is 3" inlet and measures 24x12x4. Will this change my tune. What do I need to do?"

That was my response.

good luck! We'll need to try to setup a mini dyno day and one of the AWD dyno shops in OKC some time soon.

Abel Racing already knows me and has an AWD dyno. I just don't think they are EcoBoost engine specialists.
