1989, 90 and 91 SHO's did not have chrome window trim. HOWEVER, The 91+ SHO's did have the chrome window trim.

For the generation II's, 1992 and 93 had chrome window trim. 1994 and 1995 SHO's did not have chrome window trim.

I put electrical tape over my chrome trim. I made sure the tape I put one was longer then the trim in some area's as the sun will shrink the tape. Once it was shrinked, I trimmed it accordingly. Since my car is a track car I went this route and honestly...you can't really tell. Just depends on how much time you put in to it.

I scuffed all my chrome trim with 360, hit with etch primer, sanded again and a couple coats of trim black. Looks great!

SHOCH also went the black electrical tape route. I had no idea it was taped over until he told me at the convention.
