crazy rattle

my 89 rattles like crazy when i go in reverse, and a little bit when taking off, like the whole car just bogs out, shakes, rattles, whatever you wanna call it. anyone know what causes that??

Sounds like bad motor mount to me. Maybe someone with more experience can chime in. . . .

nah, the engine doesn't lift up, plus the mounts were reinforced and changed 5K miles ago. it really rattles
