crankshaft postion sensor

My sho won't start it just keeps turning over. This came all of a sudden, so I figured it was the crankshaft pos sensor, i am in the process of changing it out but its stuck, I put some pb blaster on it and will see if this helps tommorow, if this dose not work would it be ok to torch the area to get it free?

As long as you are going to change it out. There is a gasket in there though. Make sure you use a 6 point socket or wrench.

the head on the bolt broke along with the crackshaft pos sensor being stuck also , i and going to try an use a screw removal kit
