CPO wtf

i got a 2014 sho in nov. and i have a service contract that says cpo. a few weeks after i see a plug on the sidewall of a rear tire.i bring it in they replace it.charged me $100 now i get a letter from them that when they put the tire on they see that i need front breaks and rotors.wtf. shuuldn't that have been done before i bought the car i only put 466 mi. on it.isnt that what cpo dose or am i worng. also thet say tires are marginal.

Did they give you an inspection sheet with the SHO detailing the status of each wear part in green/yellow/red? got one with our Edge.

I think you got CPScrewed. I wonder if they kept the CPO paperwork they were, I'm sure, supposed to have to make it 'certified'?

ok this gets better i call the dealer the service dept. he tells me the guy who wrote that no longer works there and theres notihng worng with my breakes . then i called the dealer mgr. he says bring it down to look at it agian. before i do that im bringing it to my own guy and ill take it from there. what a bunch of jerks

You got ripped. My 2013 cpo had new tires front rotors all brakes wipers oil changed, was buffed scratch free and a tank of fuel....just saying, it is supposed to be certified have everything done. Call Ford, number in back of manual

i think your right sgt. ill give the dealer one more shot at making it right then ill have to start calling someone at ford. or just drive the car through their front window,

I usually get better results when i mention my dissatisfaction and disappointment which will be reflected in their customer satisfaction survey....and my next step is calling the Ford rep for CPO misrepresention...

Mine had brand new tires and maintenance up to date when I bough it too. Sounds like a bad dealer. Hopefully they make it right.

You need to nip this dealer in the ass. Call Ford and then if all else fails, tell the dealership you're going to outline your experience on Google reviews and Yelp.

I test drove a BMW535 wagon a few years back that was supposedly CPO. It had a terrible vibration in the steering wheel. The sales guy was oblivious. Needless to say I did not make an offer on that car.

have the dealer run a oasis report, should all be in there plus you will see what work was done on the car from new

OASIS will show if it does have a Ford C.P.O. warranty but will not show customer pay repairs. It only tracks past warranty relairs.

for the most part that all you would want to see cpo should be really close to 3/36 fit and finish
