Hi,
I've been off the boards for awhile because of 'problems at home'.
Anyway, I want to start working on the SHO again - I think I have major problems with the front suspension.
Here's the symptoms:
I feel almost like a hammering in the steering at 50 mph and above when coasting (it gets better when I put the gas on).
When I start and stop I feel the steering column move.
The car lunges to one side when I pull out fast.
Finally, there's a clunk if I turn the wheel to the right full-stop - then start left (when parked).
Any ideas what the heck is going on? It's had the rear subframe recall done. I'd really like to find it and do it myself - not much money left to pay a dealer!!
Thanks for listening!
