I've replaced the ECT sensor, thermostat, and checked all the hoses. Before the tstat, it would overheat, with the new tstat it rides around about N, any ideas?

The single wire unit (the cheap one) is the dash gauge sending unit. The ECT sensor is the TWO wire one, look underneath the throttle body/linkage and it requires a 1" socket IIRC.

I read that about the 1 inch socket, and I was wondering... I asked for an ECT sensor, and they gave me the one wire unit (Wells SU201), so what should I ask for to get the 2 wire unit? I got all the air out of the system after doing the thermostat, and now the temp rises slowly at idle, and falls slowly when I'm cruising. It never falls below A though. Also, I noticed some smoke coming off one of the cats and the resovoir was about 3/4 to 1" low... I filled it up before I left work, and I drove maybe 10 miles home. I'm guessing a bad hose or something... I need to check the water pump mount (front half with the pulley), for leaks... I dunno. I'll take a look in a while after it cools down, it's way too hot here in Texas, especially after all day in a warehouse (the temp in the warehouse was yesterday 111, in the fan, 118 outside of it. :madflame: )
