Cooler?

Was cleaning the bay a little,started the car,and was checking underneath for a possible exhaust leak and saw what looked like a cooler,since Im a noob to the cars in general,did the GenII's come with any sort of stock cooler?PS,oil,trans?

autos had trans coolers but both have power steering coolers.. the small one near the drivers wheel is power steering
the trans cooler is in front of rad
