They have been replaced when the intake was powdercoated. which was like 2 years ago.

Gman, if the gaskets look good you can reuse them. How old are they? Originals? Have you replaced them before?

That's my opinion of any gasket unless it was replaced recently or not available in the auto parts store.

Nope, you said the two hoses going to and coming from the heater core that are up top in the engine bay by the firewall. The one I am talking about is a very short, fat hose often overlooked and unknown from being hidden down under all the wiring and whatever else you want to call it.

you outta figure out whats leaking first before you go looking at random coolant hoses. That larger one connects the coolant housings between the 2 heads. IF it is that one you need like 1 1/2in of hose, 2 clamps and unbolt the thermostat housing and coolant housing on the rear head as one to replace it. Which also undoes your cross tube from your WP and so on so id find the leak first!

It's leaking from that area, that short larger hose.

I dont want to argue over a post so if they arent worm gear type clamps(meaning someone at some point changed them out) then get you some new hose and clamps and have at it!
