Coolant bypass (yes I searched already)

have a quick question regarding the coolant bypass on the intake... I have the large hose re-routed but what do you do with the 2 smaller hoses ? just leave them off since no coolant is running thru them any more ?? the pic in the bypass threads only references the actual "bypass"

If you live in a state where there is a vehicle inspection, you might want to connect the two vacants together so that they don't see disconnected ports.

thanks guys... live in Florida so no and I dont have the icing problem either...
