Everyone going to the Convention next month!
Some of you may be aware of some concerns about the host hotel being under construction right now.
I made a trip there this week and although I admit the situation isn't ideal, I have gotten a great room rate concession from the host hotel and am convinced that it won't effect the fun we will have.

Which is a copy of a letter going out to all currently registered.
The biggest thing is no pool at the host hotel. But please read the letter before making changes or deciding not to come. The pool is only a tiny part of the convention for most people, and there are options listed in the letter and on-line information.
Our room rate is now $69 instead of $85. Everyone will get a freshly remodeled room, and everything else planned is away from the hotel. We are also moving the SHOw to the Gilmore museum which solves another time crunch problem we had anyway.
We have a great event planned, and other than saving money and putting up with a little construction, we are moving forward!
