Well, we are about two months out from the convention.
This event is a 100% GO!
If you don't have your registration, and car/driver info for Thunderhill in by now, please get it in ASAP. We are making final decisions on numbers of things like trophies, hats/shirts etc.
Check out the club web site for up to date news on a regular basis.
Unlike the recent TV movie, 10.5, we expect the Golden Gate bridge to be there, and San Francisco to be a great summer destination.
We are officially international again with some of our Canadian friends again making the trek. And we are coast to coast.....to coast. With people from the far east (US not, that other far east) West and South all making the drive.
Did you know that Thunderhill has 300, that is THREE HUNDRED feet of elevation change! This should be a most fun experience.
Fisherman's Wharf, Napa Valley and our annual Charity auction.
Again this year for the auction, we will have some great items from the various SHO vendors to auction off (and lots to give away), but for the main portion, we have had great success asking every "carload" of people to donate just ONE item the LOVE to the charity auction for the Red Cross.
It need not be very expensive, but every year we have several nice items donated. so pick out something nice to auction off for charity. Heck you can even buy it back yourself if you find you can't part with it!
