Comms not found when datalogging

I just installed the gh intercooler, 170 tstat, 0.026 plugs, and 3bar as well as Gearhead’s auto octane tune. The car is running smooth after install, but Matt is waiting on my datalog. The tuner I went with is the livewire ts+, but when I went to datalog it and check comms it couldn’t find an ecu strategy code, which prevented me from datalogging it. Any help on resolving this issue?

Since this is a SCT issue - open a ticket they might be there today. I have had some personal issues with USB not connecting to the laptop - it is definitely temper mental for me at times. The no strategy code, I get with Forscan.

I always just plugged my laptop into my Livewire and datalogged through my laptop itself.

And if you do the laptop you can't have the gauges displayed or no comms

Matt should have sent you a config file to load into your livewire?

Thanks for the help guys. Got it figured out today, just user error on my end. First time tuning/datalogging a car.
