Looking to replace the factory suspension on my 97 and lower it in the process. Anyone know of any company’s that make coil over kits for these cars or of any vehicle years/ models that would work?

I've had them on for a number of years so far with no concerns. They are stiffer than stock which is great at high speeds.

If you want a more comfortable around town experience you are going to want to get a set of helper springs to absorb the low end.

Higher end brands will likely have better range of compression and rebound. The piston stroke on these are shorter due to the universal tubing used.

These can either put you on the ground or just above stock ride height. I kept mine at stock height. The performance on the high end of the speedo is what I was seeking.

Other than the MaxSpeedingRods coils are there any others that you know of that fit these cars?

No, I was going to head down the road of getting a custom set from KW Suspension located here in California, but went this way as it was my first time into custom suspension.

They were quoting about $1K per corner which isn't too bad really as that includes fully adjustable mounting plates as well as compression and rebound. I had to design and create mine withe tha Maxpeeding as they weren't adjustable and never could get them to respond to my requests.
