Yes, I did a search but I need more clarification.

First off, The car is a 1991 3.0. the mod list is below(in my sig) except the 80mm is off and the CAI is on. I use premium gas(91 is the highest grade up here, and I use it). The engine does not ping/tick/make any noise, that I know of.

I ran the codes(all of them)
on KOEO I got:
15(From my chip, I know)
Stored:
41
49
67(a/c was not on)
91

KOER:
41

Cylinder balance:
9

I know the 41 and the 91 mean I'm running lean, but This makes no sense to me. My Chip is programmed for an 80mm lincoln MAF and I'm using the stocker 55mm. Also, they are pretty new. One has 6,000-7,000 miles and the other has 3,000-4,000.
The 49 also makes no sense. I don't understand what it means. I read a few posts on this but didn't understand exactly. A few of the posts said that the Crank position sensor was getting leaked on by the water pump. My pump is pretty new(about 3,000-4,000) miles.
The 9 is a good thing, I know. ;)

I Recently installed my SHOShop CAI with a fresh (NEW) filter(the inner fender CAI). Could the MAF sensor be really dirty(from the filter oil  ) and be causing the lean condition? The K&N was heavily oiled when I recieved it. K&N is known to over-oil their filters so this could be part of my problem.

Please help me with my problem.

Your engine is running lean. Most likely from the combination of intake mods and the incorrectly calibrated chip. Remove the chip and put the stock MAF and filter box back on then run the KOER test again. See if you still get the lean codes. If not, you found your problem. A chip calibrated for a specific MAF will provide erroneous readings for other MAFs.

I took your advice and took out the chip(I only took out the chip and the 80mm MAF, which was already out). It runs about the same and the only code I get now is a 13 during the KOER test. I'll be keeping the 55mm Maf for a while so I Guess it's time to get the chip reprogrammed considering all the mods I did after it was installed. It was programmed for an 80mm and CAI. I have the catless y, 18# flywheel, CAI, 55mm MAF and a few other minor things(like the TB coolant bypass, which won't change the program of the chip, I wouldn't think).
