Pulled Codes 44 and 61.

44 AIR system inoperative - Air Injection

I'm assuming this is related to the secondaries cause it doesn't sounds like they are opening. Still feels like I have power up there, but I could be wrong.

61 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor is or was too low - ECT

Low Coolant light keeps coming on, car has been running warm (around N or O sometimes), not always though, and it has been idling rough.

Guess I need to replace the sensor, but what can I do about the secondaries?

The SHO engine does not use Secondary Air Injection. It is not related to the secondaries. Check your codes again.

The 61 wil result if the engine is not at operating temperature.

Then what are those things that open at 4k RPM? Decoration?

Secondary air injection is air pushed into exhaust gases after combustion to control emissions...it's not related to the intake secondaries.
