for code 21, there are several meanings. out of test range is for KOEO. for KOER, code 21 is "not at normal operating temperature." did you start the car and let hit run at 2K for at least 2 minutes ? to run any of the tests, the engine must be at operating temperature, or at least get it warm enough to open the t-stat.

code 41: 2 meanings - 1) HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean. 2) No HEGO switching detected. oddly though, the only reference is for the rear bank HEGO, no mention of the front bank HEGO. perhaps since the vehicle wasnt at normal operating temperature, the o2's couldnt get hot enough to switch.

code 25: no knock sensor detected during Dynamic Response test. im guessing that within 6 to 20 seconds of the engine ID flash (3 flashes) you got the Dynamic Response flash (1 flash) and performed WOT. if you didnt, you would have gotten code 77. the knock sensor is a generic Ford part. i call it a jumper, others call it a shortening bar. all it does is close a circuit. find any 89 - 94 Ford and you can get one. or, if worse came to worse, make yourself a jumper wire up using 2" of 14ga wire and 2 male spades. then try your codes again.

Hope This Helps
