Power steering valve thingy not changing states.... that is the only code
the SHO pulled... I don't think that would effect my idle... although I have
noticed a rough spot when hard cornering to the left.. the steering
practially stops... ... anyway anyone know where I can get one of those
sensor/valves?

the power steering can affect your idle greatly. the pump runs off your accessory belt and if you ever notice, when you have the car parked idling turn the wheel left to right and youll hear the engine rev higher so it can supply more fluid pressure to the steering system. as for where to get your part i really dont know. good luck though.

Sounds like you just didn't turn the steering wheel during the KOER test (or didn't turn it in time). Just because you get a code doesn't mean that you need to replace a sensor. You need to first verify that you performed the KOER tests correctly.
