Code 41. Help me please.

I've done searches but I couldn't find the right answer for my problem.

After I fixed heater hose that goes from the engine to the firewall, code 41 is showing up regularly and I was smelling a little bit of exhaust. I figured out that egr has a crack. I took it out and fixed the crack with some exhaust repair kit. It looked great and everything seemed fine. I put it back and today I was driving and CEL came up again. I parked my car and pulled codes out. I got 11/41(m)/11

41 (M) System was lean for 15 seconds or more (no HO2S switching) - Fuel control

I thought it's vacuum leak so I looked for vacuum leaks but there isn't any. It seems like EGR is making kind of weird noise right now. I put my ear on the egr on intake and it's making like GRRGRGRR noise. Weird thing is that KOEO and KOER show 11 code except 41 is memorized. CEL comes up regularly after I drive it about 1 hour or so. It's bugging me so much. Please help me.

I think I can still smell a little bit of exhaust especially when I rev the engine. Can It be EGR valve stuck open or something? The car runs smoothly tho.

Update : I hit the EGR valve with wrench to see if it's stuck open or not. After the 1st hit, idling sound changed. I'll drive it later and see if it's throwing the code again.

Ok... I got check engine light on again. I don't know what's up with EGR. I drove it for like an hour and i touched EGR valve but it's not hot. It's just cool. I thought it's supposed to be hot or something. Help me guys.
