I keep getting an intermentant CE light with the 41 and 91 codes. I triple checked for any vacuum leaks and can't find any. The light even went out on it's own one time while running but always returns at some point. Can the higher air flow heads be causing it and do I need to get the computer reprogrammed? Could the fuel pump or regulator be the cause? The CE light usually comes on after 10 minutes of driving BTW. Thanks.

my best guess is cause he has a gen 1! :p

Also, it says its running lean.. That could mean a vacuum leak your not noticing.. i would spray some carb cleaner or something similar around the intake and vacuum lines to see if you have a leak.. I would start there..

Nope guys. The problem was the ground wires for the HEGO's weren't grounded. They're easy to miss because they lie underneath the fuel rail and were probably hidden by the wire loom as well. Bolted them down and no more codes.

Thanks for the help.
