clutch release wontmove...help

ok ive had this sho for over a year and i just dropped the fully rebuild and modded engine in.got her all buttoned up and i cant move the release lever.....i think the clutch might not be lined up but when i turn the motor the wheels still spin...what do u guys think? i need this sho done...its all i think about all day long.....please help

Do the wheels turn even if the gearbox is neutral?

i couldnt tell if it was in nuetral becuz it was still just sitting on the ground in the subframe.....well problem is solved anyway...i woke up at 9am yesterday and my dad and his racing buddies had already figured it out.wat it is that they figured out i do not know....thank you for your reply anyway.
