You could get a refresh kit for the tranny if your gonna go that deep. Subframe bushings can be changed, they come out anyway. The oil seal on the engine can be reached as well.

If you want to avoid having to redo the clutch in less than 30 K miles due to finger wear, I would heartily recommend getting a Ceramic TOB (throw out bearing) from SHOnut Performance. It has now conclusively been shown to sharply reduce wear of the throowout bearing inner raceway into the clutch fingers . . . .

To gain access to your differential and remove the roll pins, you'll have to remove some little things and like two shafts. You'll need the right tools and manual procedure, if it's your first time.

I 'would' replace the roll pins(3). Just think of one giving out within a month after your clutch job.

It is not a trivial task to open and disassemble the transaxle to access the differential. Unless you have the SHO NUT video or a detailed service manual, you should leave the box alone. If you do choose to open the transaxle, the first things that would need attention are the seals (input shaft, shift shaft and output shafts) and synchronizer blocking rings. Replacing the diff pin is even less trivial. Read up on it and decide for yourself if it is worth the time, effort and cost.
