clutch rattle

I have 92 sho with 116k with second cluth(Put on at 86k)The replacement was stock valeo and bearing. I hear a rattle noise from trans area, but when I push in clutch the noise is gone. When I shift it's not smooth anymore......

Mine does that too....I'm pretty sure my TOB (throw out bearing) is the culprit.
