Okay,

I know it's not the steering system, I got a new rack, and new tie rods. Its coming from the front left wheel, but it only happens when I break!!! sort of weired, could it be the SubFrame bushings? any one else have a similar noise?

any help would be great, I at a loss of ideas, I don't know suspension all that well! would like to but just to dang hard to do by your self! squint

Thanks guys,

Check your sway bar end links, also do a search about how to check your"radius arm cups".
It may be a long shot however if all else fails check your wheel bearings.
Yes,it could actually be your sub frame bushings.

I have the same problem i think it may be some slack between the caliper mounting bolts and the caliper. I have checked or replaced everything else.
