Clogged cats perhaps?

Since I acquired my MTX, I've noticed a couple of minor things, and since the car is for sale, I DO NOT want to pass these "minor" problems to the next owner, and I want to know if they're attributed to clogged cats, or something else. Actually I'm abit embarrassed, and have been holding off on selling the car to a buyer until I can fix, or get an accurate diagnosis of the problem.

1. After driving the car for 5min to an hour, if I try to start after 10 - 20mins of sitting, it will sputter and misfire like a madman, idling alittle above 5K rpm. Holding the revs over 2K for a couple of seconds will remedy this problem, and it'll go back to normal idle.

2. Sometimes when accelerating, it'll choke or bog between 2K and 4.5K rpm, then throwing you back in your seat once it picks up its power and pull like alittle ****.

3. This just happened last night. First and only time. Went to work at 3:30pm, and left at 11:30pm. The car sat for 8 hours in a parking garage. I went to go start, and it'd only crank, and NOT turn over. I repeated this about 3 times, and the lights started to go dim when turning the key. After 2 more attempts, it finally caught, but idled real low, so I held the rpms at 2K for 5 seconds, let off, and it idled normally on its own. I had the trunk open, and as I got out of the car to close it, I noticed a cloud of blue smoke in the air.

This car does not burn a teaspoon of oil. The O2's were changed about 800 miles ago with Motorcraft DY606's O2 sensors. 60K has been completed, which brings me to the conclusion of bad cats possibly causing my bogging issue. Only problem is, what could've caused that hard start last night? This is the first time thats happened. I'll run out and see if there are any stored codes, but last time I checked, there were none. Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Ummmmm, so I switched out the MAF from the ATX into the MTX, and it feels like I just picked up 10WHP, and 5MPG :oogle:. I would've never imagined that this car could feel so quick. That eliminates issue's 1 and 2. Now for 3. . . .
