Okay, well I intalled my cd player and turned the key on to see if everything worked, and it did so I went to push it into the dash and I hear a spark. eek! The deck restarted and everything seemed fine untill I later noticed I had no clock or any lights on the door switches. I figured it was a simple fix, fuse but it's not. I know someone else with a SHO and they have the same no clock, no door lights problem as me (don't know how they came about their problem though). Any ideas out there?? Thanks a lot!!!

does your stereo have wiring to connect to the car's lighting dimmer switch? perhaps something went wrong there which is why the stereo still comes on. im really surprised its not a fuse. did you replace or just visually inspect them? sometimes a fuse can appear intact but a test will show its not.
