Hey guys update on the hard shifts, first i would like to say thanks for all the responses and most of all the patience you guys had. With all the info that was given i didn't have the time, tools or skills to perform them, so i decided to take the SHO to a friend guy who just had rebuilt my daughters 1.8 turbo vw trans . After having the SHO for one day he called me and stated that VSS pigtail wires was missing, he ordered the pigtail, reconnected it and now the OLE SHO runs perfect. No more hard shifts, and at 70mph tach is at 2500rpm instead of 3000rpm . Hey guys i really, really appreciate the responses and most of all the PATIENCE you guys had . If u r ever in the Mississippi Delta Area and what so happened to get stop and ticketed let me know . Thanks

Everyone is happy to try. Electrical is hard in person. Over the internet it gets really tricky. I had to do the same thing with a clockspring and pay a pro to solder it up as I had a tough time finding a used exact model that worked. That was a daily driver so I had to get it back fast. Glad you are back in SHO business
