Chin spoiler

Has anyone ever thrown around the idea of a chin spoiler for gen1 or gen2 cars? I'm not talking about a stupid bodykit, but an add-on piece for the stock bumper. It would obviously help a little at speed, and would probably look decent.

I can't imagine what one would look like on these cars, though.

I definitely think one woudl look good on the SHO. BUT, what trim do you use?

I was wondering the same thing, I read the post and all I got was some kind of gardening plastic. Lawn Edger ? Maybe ?

Looks okay on a gen 3, but i think that would look like a$$ on a gen 1. Either way, I'd have to see it first, as I'm not too ambitious on fabbing cosmetic mods after all this mechanical work I'm doing on the car.

The guy that owned my '94 before me worked at a honda dealer. He installed the rear trim from a mid 90's accord on the front of the gen2 sho. It's not as extreme as the gen3 in the other thread, but it's lower than stock and looks nicer IMHO.

FWIW, some of the guys in SHOcal with there gen 3's are using the Mach 1 Chin spoiler.
