During acceleration, vehicale hesitates then it feels as if there is only v6 power an no turbos. The check engine light blinks an eventually turns off. Once coming to a stop an coasting it shakes violently.
I took it to Ford an ford replaced the fuel pump, turbo & water pump.
The codes say it's the #2 coil but it's been replaced a lot an does fix the issue for a day or couple hours, replacing plugs doesn't seem to solve he issue.
This is a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO (interceptor) 3.5L TWIN TUBRO, 74k miles.
This is a actually police vehicle not just a interceptor, the vehicle continues to have issues during pursuits. Luckily when I need it it's worked I.E. (140 mph pursuit). I'm trying to see if anyone else may know a solution.
Could it possibly be a vacuum issue?
