Changing a Cruise Control switch on a 94ATX??

I want the replace the on/off cruise control switch on my 94 ATX. The screws are under the horn/air bag. How do I remove it, and what precautions do I have to take. (I've heard scary stories about air bags going off.)

I need to do this too, i busted the cover piece off mine.

Autozone.com has a complete breakdown on this. i did it on my 95, but I believe the 94 was a bit different.

go to the "do it yourself" tab
find the repair info tab and follow the instructions choosing your vehicle. Then look it up by subject. The directions are very nice with printable forms and diagrams.
