Well, I guess you are entitled to have your own opinion on what you think that would look like, but you should know better. When you see a CF hood, on a SHO, that is any color but black, you know it cost an additional $75 to have the coloring done. That's not cheap or lazy. When a hood costs $635, which is why there are not a lot of them out there, why would you think it was cheap? Dude, you're not making any sense at all.

FWIW, I paid $550 just to get my Cincy cowl painted, so while $635 isn't exactly chump change, it's not really that much.

I personally wouldn't put a red hood on my blue car, nor a orange hood, or a green one, or even a silver one. Black or black CF is one thing, but anything else should match the colour of your car IMHO, or it will give off the impression I stated earlier. And I'm willing to bet my car on the fact that I won't be the only one who feels that way.

In the end it's your car though, if you like it that's the only thing that matters.

Sorry about my earlier post there, DDakRT. Didn't mean to jump down your throat. It's Memorial Day, and I work for a small company, which means I had to work today, and work sucked. Kinda caught me in a funk, and I shouldn't have taken it out on you.:banghd: I also would not put a green hood on a red car, but with white, I thought, it would be hard to go wrong with a neutral color, such as white, black, or silver. Anyway, thanks for your input.
