Hey guys just wanted to see if anyone out there has a good method of removing scratches on the center console cover to shifter up the climate control and radio area. Gets minor scratches so easily. Would love to do something about this during my winter store.

I have a 2014. Not sure if 2012 and previous are different.

Awesome thanks! Did you go over the painted environmental indicators (defrost icon and climate and all that) with no problems? Or just the center console?
I don't have the touch controls in my 2010, just buttons.
But it worked great on the center console, chrome on the shift lever,
And even the piano black strip on the outside doors where the keypad is.

When I became unhappy with the scratches on my center console, I tried polishing it with a liquid from Walmart. Apparently, it became even worse, so I gave it another try. I bought a can with rubberish paint and sprayed onto my console (of course, I uninstalled it first). From the beginning I liked what I had, but with time it again became scratched, even worse than it was before. So I decided to get the piece replaced and bought the new console unit on the aftermarket (https://www.carid.com/center-consoles/). And I must admit, they made it of slightly different material, so it won't scratch that badly.
