Cd Changer Issues

hey guys-

i need your help in locating this part....its the magazine for the cd changer out of a 98 sho. i believe that its a 6 disc, but i dont know because the magazine is gone. the part number is F5TZ18C833A, ford wants $90 for a new one. any help is awsome.

I posted a similar question a few weeks ago with no answers yet. I was told a Clarion CAA-122 magazine would work so I bought one on eBay. Although it is the exact same shape and dimensions as the factory magazine, there are grooves along the bottom that don't line up, so it didn't fit. (I relisted it on eBay and sold it for more than I paid so that worked out OK.)

The numbers on what I bought was CAA-122-300. Maybe the last three digits determine the grooves on the bottom. Currently there is a CAA-122-154 on eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...tem=7980638075&category=43948&sspagename=WDVW I wonder if this would fit?

So, I think there is a Clarion magazine that will work but what the exact numbers are, I don't know. I paid $9.99 + $3.50 S&H for the one that didn't fit so I'd like to find one in that price range.

Anyone know a Clarion number that will work?
