No, that's the ABS computer. The CCRM is the black box mounted on the radiator support with the bolt-in connector.

There are different versions (they all have a different letter designation), so you have to find one that matches the one on your car. I don't think they're available new, but I haven't looked.

If you want new ones I think rockauto carries SOME of them new.

If not theres always the classifieds of the forum , and you can post in the Want-to-buy section.

Not been on here long and so not familiar with all names as far as connecting problems and previous post together. Sorry for that. Most of my experiences is with the 2.3 turbo Ford. [But I built mine entirely] But it still uses the EEC-iv. So that saying. Try this site on "no codes". Maybe of some help. Wish I was more help. Maurice

it's new too me. car was sold as a no crank. and i doubt it's timing as it runs fine randomly, if it was timing I would think that randomly would not be the case.

I am uncertain. Like said new to me also. Some experts needed here. How hard is belt timing to check? I know fairly easy to replace. Done it on mine. But how do you check in car. I did mine with engine on stand. Maurice

yeah, they must be too busy, not really getting ANY help. but whatever, not like I'm trying to keep another SHO on the road or anything.

That attitude will get you far.

How about you be a little more detailed in your title. 'ccrm?' does not tell anyone a whole lot. Your first post simply asked if that is what it was called. That question got answered.

Whatever issue you are having, you need to explain in your first post, and not expect people to go through every individual post on the entire forum on the off-chance that they will find a question someone needs assistance with.

I have another post with my problem, and I don't mean to be negative, I'm just frustrated. I want to bring this car back too it's glory and it's like i'm standing alone in the middle of the road.
