Can anyone identify what each relay is for. Thank you

I used to have that mapped out from a CCRM I disassembled and tested continuity from the relay pins to the CCRM connector. I'm pretty sure I no longer have that mapping, but you could do the same with the CCRM pinout and a multimeter. Do you have the CCRM pinout? If not, I probably can get that information for you if you let me know what year your SHO is.
