Catback for Auto, Same as Manual?

I have a automatic SHO with a almost new cat back system and mine on my manual is going. Are they exchangable without much work? both cars are 93's.

no they are not the same because the center pipe after the cat has a different bend due to the shifter being in the way... from after the center pipe back i beleive is the same

The length from the cat ****** and bolting at the ****** are also different.
