Hey guys, i have a 91 and the thermostat was stuck open for quite some time and i just recently replaced it but now that the engine is running smother it feels as if the car is sluggish. Im thinkin the cats are clogged causeing exhaust fumes to go back into the motor. Im sure this is really bad for the car but what problems can occur from this? and what would be recommended in fixing this problem? thanks guys

If they are clogged, you can fix it unless you replace them. If you decide to do so, I would highly recommend getting an aftermarket setup(I think thats all you can get anyhoo). I have a Catted Performance Plus Y-Pipe, and I love it...I know you can hurt your motor alot if they get too clogged...either way I wouldnt want to run it for long in that condition.
