cat cleaning?

for someone like myself who cant afford to spend anymore money at the moment, is it possible and has anyone done it to any avail to unclog ur cats by just jamming the shit out or can someone please give me some advise before i just rip them off and start trying to push the stuff out. thanks

if you wanted to you could gut them....but depending on your states laws, you might not pass inspection.

And, no, they're not really repairable.

Sounds like gutting might be an option.

thats what i meant was gut them. i have no emissions testing here so i am not worried about that. what should i use to gut them?

1st Remove the heat-shield from both cats.
2nd Cut a square hole in the bottom of each one (keep removed squares).
3rd Unpack with any tools necessary making sure to remove all debris.
4th Weld cut out square back onto each cat
5th Reattach heat-shield so its not obvious

Simple as that.

And that cat is never gonna be the same. Everytime someone turns the water on, that cat ****** itself....
