I'm 2.5 miles North on route 25, exit 9 on I-84. A straight shot up the hill, I'm in a big open circle of brick townhouses on the left. If you miss my place you probably shouldn't be driving to Carlisle...

While you can't show up here too early, you can show up too late. We'll be cutting out at 11am sharp, shooting for the 3pm check-in at the hotel. The only exception being if you have a catastrophic failure and need assistance.

If you're not here by 11am, you'll have to catch up with us.

The route as it stands today is a simple I-84 to I-81 and down, with a couple leg-stretch / fuel stops along the way (unless BLFB joins us in which case we should be stopping every few miles for tires... ).

Please check the batteries in and the operation of your FRS radios. I'll have replacements if needed.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again this year!

Im checking up to see if I can go.The wife has to give me the ok.We passed the convoy last time and i was upset, If I can go Ill be meeting up with you guys after you cross the the pa ny line.You will get the best fuel price at the last exit in Ny off 84.I believe its 3.76 or so there.We can meet there also.Never met anyone in person so this will be my first to say hi and first ever of any such event.Ill be in touch.

I'll be there. I'm planning on leaving RI at 0600. Factoring tire changing time in, I should be there in time.

I've also decided I'm just going to use two lugnuts per wheel to save time in the roadside "pits".

So, the story goes that there's a couple of large projects going on that weekend, and with my 12 month review looming, I need every bit of my 10-12% raise that I can get.

That said, I had to bow out of that weekend's festivities.
