Hey guys, could someone please do a carfax for me on this car? I put a deposit down on a '93 Emerald green 5 speed with 101K miles on it for $1600. It is sitting at a repair shop and I am picking it up for a steal. The only issue here is that the car blows black smoke out of the tailpipes, and sounds like a diesel. I am carting it home across the line (washington to B.C.) and I will look at it more then. I figure that the price is right, even if the motor is hooped. The car is still good.
