I wouldn't call it hating, just disliking.

I hate the extra wide wheels with skinny tires stretched onto them look.

This hood doesn't look near that bad, just weirdly goofy from the side.

I don't know why everyone is hating on this hood design. It takes the Taurus from dad car to more muscle.

I do chuckle at the fact that anything Taurus related could be deemed muscle. Lol.

I would rock a CF hood. But not that monstrous thing.... price is good though...

Still waiting for a tasteful understated hood with some functional vents for heat. This is clearly an attention getter. Which someone people love. Just not for me.

I did contact sho source many moons ago and the response I got was to contact the manufacturer.. I tried several times but they never responded..

TBH I am surprised sho source still lists them as I know I am not the only one who has tried to get a CF hood from them.

I agree entirely. Some simple understated vents would be much more my taste. Granted a hood like this is a long ways down on my to do list.

I think it is ugly and the mold should be destroyed so no more units can come to life...

But to each their own and if anyone likes it, go for it, it might add 20 hp ! . I just think it's "too much", smaller vents, maybe.

I like it, but I think I would like it even more if it didn't have the gt500 vents in it.

Website says hood pins are required yet I see none on his car.

But the website photos clearly show no hood latch so hood pins would be needed.
