car wont start but tach is going

My car has had a problem stalling or not starting for some time, I know little about cars, however the crank sensor was changed the tps was changed and the eloectronic board above the fan in the front of the engine compartment was changed
Now when i turn it over it will not start yet the tach is reading as it is running and the fan is on. anyone have any ideas?
any help would be great

this problem has been intermintent, however, My mechaninc has had the car 2 monthes and said he was not getting any, i just brought it to ford, they stated that they believ the problem is electrical but did not want to get involved. I could not believe they did not want to service one of there cars, however i did not want to press the issue. i drove it home just fine from the dealership, parked it came back one day later and it will not start, but when the key is on position, the fan is on and the tach is reading 1200

maybe try a new computer, if there are no codes...you can check the codes for your eslf so you know what is happening...
