Car stumbling at 2500 rpm '93 ATX

I am kinda lost on this...
I have a CEL coming on after the car warms up to normal operating temp.
The codes that I am getting are 216 and 332.
So according to code 216 I replaced the coil pack with a new one.
I also replaced the fuel filter to rule out that.
I have also ran some seafoam throught the upper intake and that didn't help either. All of the plug wells look clean-no oil...
When I idle the car up in the driveway it just stumbles, whether the car is cold upon initial start-up or after warming it up.
I also noticed that when I idle the car up to 2500 rpm -where the stumbling starts- I pointed my timing light at the crank and noticed the timing is jumping around, from the first to the last marks on the timing pointer located on the timing cover itself.
Any ideas?

Coils don't go bad very often.

Your 216 is more likely a DIS module and you are getting a two-cylinder misfire.

Check the contact points to/from the DIS, and to the coil, for corrosion and bad contact...I had the 216 code recently, with the above mentioned misfire, and it turned out to be an ill fitting connector at the coil.

If I'm not mistaken, the cylinder balance test will show the "dead" cylinder(s)

I think I am going to pull the DIS off and have Autozone check it.
I'll run the cylinder balance test as well.

Well I replaced the DIS module with a unit from the salvage yard and it seems to be running pretty good. I spent a whole $1. .

I don't think the sea foam will help much. It may do more harm than good. The dis is not the problem.

Replace your DPFE sensor or test it somehow, as this is most likely your problem.

go through the connectors again, and make sure everything is tight...

also check the grounds... make sure they are nice and clean...

the DIS rarely fails.. but when it does... it feels as if the car is running on 2 cylinders...

have you cleaned you IAB valve.. the valve on the back of the TB?

I can agree with ground connection being good or bad.Also the connections at the "plug ins", Push the wires into the plugs in connector... this it the wiggle test! Do it. YOU might find somthing.
