car starts but dies immediatly

i just replaced my valve cover gaskets and intake plus throttle body gasket when i start the car it will start if i give it gas it will stay running but once i let go of the gas it dies and i think is a vac leak but i cant find one need help thanks

Go over all the hoses on the intake and make sure they are connected. Did your car do this before you replaced the gaskets? You could also use a spray bottle and spray the vac hoses to locate a leak. If you don't find any leaks check the fuel pressure/codes.

no it didnt do that before i changed them thanx for the info it might help a little bit

Check and see if you hooked the IAB connector back up. wink
