car stalls when its cold

when i first start my car up while its cold out or when the engine is cold the car wants to stall. it will only stall at idle and some of the time it would just drop down to 500rpm and then rise to about 800-900rpm and just settle there. it will either drop to 500 or just stall and when i go to start it back up its a long rough start. once the car gets into its normal running temp, then it will run fine. i dont get any check engine lights at all. and i cant figure out what it is. if anyone can help ure imput would help out alot.

My car did something like that before it blew its engine (not saying your engine is gunna blow) but saying my engine was sorta needing a 60k, and that could be a sign of it needing it, when was the last time it was done?

Codes?

pull the codes first , even if the CE light dont come up , most of the time theres a code stored.

front 60k was just done. and rod bearings were just done. it still needs a top 60k. and i ll pull the codes tomorrow thanx.
