11-No problems found in this portion of the test
66-MAF sensor input is less than minimum voltage.
8-??? you have 2-digit codes try doing the test again
91-'89: HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean (front). '90-91: No HEGO switching detected (front).
25-Knock sensor (KS) not sensed during dynamic response test.
If you don't hear pinging while driving ignore this, it sometimes is a false code.

The 91 means your front O2 sensor is bad. IMHO you should replace both, just in case... re-run your test and come back with the results again, that 8 really bothers me. I think the other ones on your KOEO test were just stored codes. The MAF didn't give you that code while the KOER test was performed, did it?

83-'90-91: Low speed primary fuel pump circuit failure.
When you replaced the O2 sensors did you reset the codes? Also what year car is this? if you don't know how to reset the codes run the KOEO test and when the codes in memory are running pull the wire or paperclip out of the plugs...

well i recently pulled the pos cable from the battery and left it for about 30 secswhen the car wouldnt start(trying to reset the codes ) but it didnt do anything different. the maf is still fairly clean im assuming besides all the backfiring in the airbox. and to answer the last post, now theres never a time when it feels like i got a full range of power. but the first start of the day for the most part is a good one and a good run, until i drive for a while and turn it off. sometimes itll start back up but more and more it doesnt wanna start. it ll crank. rpms respond properly but for example i can hold it cranking and not get response even from playing with the petal (worst case scenario). sometimes it ll hover in the 500 rpm range for 2 secs and die sometimes longer with almost no response from gas petal. during these starts ive pulled a wire from the coil pack and get great spark. but when it does finally crank over it has crap power and when i hit 3800 rpms it seems to kinda crap out when i force it but when i pull my foot from the petal it seems to catch at the end of it and give "reasonable" power.
During a bad run at idle you hear the fuel pump "loud" and clear.
this is my story thanks for the responses

Sounds like a fuel issue. To know for sure you have to get a pressure gauge connected when it acts up.

I had almost the same problem with my car. The computer pulled codes for my O2's, M.A.F, TPS and my B.A.P, plus it said I was running rich in the rear. It would start first time but after running for a little while it wouldn't restart. Plus it would bog down at 2500 rpms. One day as I was trying to figure it out, the car was running and I happened to look under it and the rear cat was glowing red! Ah! problem solved. Nope! I changed every damn sensor, y-pipe, new plugs, wires, temp sender, everything and you know what? It still ran like shit. I had it at New England Sho Specialist for a week with Fred (owner NESS) working on it with him learning all I could about this car. The computer pulled the same codes, so we replaced them all again and after we were done we ran the test again and it still said all the sensor were bad. So I said "could the computer be bad?" and Fred said no, that if it was bad the car would barely if at all run. Well my friends it was the computer. I changed it out, and the car runs perfect, I know hard to believe, but it does. In fact it runs even better now! The point to this long-*** reply. Try the computer. It may not seem it is if it runs intermitantly, but it just might. You could also have a grounded out wire to the computer, or a bad computer ground, which would make the computer think all the sensors on your list, were bad. Try it, I hope it works for you like it did for me.
