car is very hard to steer. help

dont know what its. the car is very hard to steer. i think the steering rack is bad. not sure. any suggestions.

Rack replacement

I just replaced the rack on my 95 SHO this past saturday. I had noticed signs of it going bad with slight jumping in the steering. Well it finally failed Thursday. Pepboys replaced the rack for $450.00 which I thought was a good deal.
