car died during emissions

Well Its 65 out today and i took my car for emissions again this morning. I was in line with the car idleing and all the sudden it went to about 500 rpm and got really really rough and died. wouldnt start... let it sit for a few mins and it started right back up. guy takes it on roller and starts the test. all the sudden at 30 mph it did it again and died. i have no idea what it is. im really lost. My temp gauge was in the middle. (its normally always on c but its warmer today so im confused) Anyone ever get this?

Hmmm... Was your spout connector in? I thought something was mentioned about you pulling it to pass... It doesn't sound like a ckps because it started again fairly quickly... But i don't know...

funny thing is mine always runs at C on the temp guage to and it was at R in normal all day and it ran like shit might have something to do with temp change but i did notice a burning smell today to these dang cars are so picky lol
