cant get the runners off

How do i go about getting the runners off the manifold?

Remove the bolts.

Have you removed the entire intake from the engine? If not it is almost impossible to take just the runners off. After that just remove all the hose clamps, unbolt the 12mm nuts and if needed tape it apart with a rubber mallet.

If you are trying to do what I think you are trying to do, its a terrible puzzle to figure out (it was for me). Once you do it more, it gets better. But once you figure it out, make sure you observe how they came apart because putting them back together will be cake

i cant get the two side off eachother is my problem now. i solved that one right after i posted
EDIT:And again i just got them off after i posted!!!

Its very fun putting them back together after they are painted without scratching the paint.

Yeah i was just thinking about it today. I might be sending them out soon so i was practicing putting them back together with them being unpainted now.
