cannot pull codes

I have pulled codes many times through the years on my SHO but for some reason it will not let me do it now. any thoughts on what i can check?

edit: the car is completely unresponsive to me jumping the 2 pins under the hood.

edit: the car is completely unresponsive to me jumping the 2 pins under the hood.

it has to be a wiring issue in the car but I don't even know where to start. I cleaned all the grounds under the hood yesterday, but being a summer only car they were not bad to start with so that didn't help.
